THE CLIENT An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a dynamic CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
THE ROLE Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Oversee the CEO's inbox, prioritising and filing emails based on urgency and sensitivity. Handle communications on behalf of the CEO, including drafting and proofreading correspondence. Prepare, organise, and maintain reports, presentations, and important documents. Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes, and managing logistics. Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO and team members. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 3 years as an Executive Assistant Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team A high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information BENEFITS Competitive Salary: $85,000 + Super + NFP salary packaging Professional Development: Enjoy continuous learning and growth in a supportive environment.
