Women's and Children's Health Network, Division of Paediatric Medicine, North Adelaide (5006) Salary Classification - ASO3 - Administrative Services Officer L3 - $67,589 to $72,033 Full time - Term Contract (12-month contract) About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Michael Rice Centre for Haematology and Oncology as an Executive Assistant, where you will be responsible for:
Providing a high level of executive administrative support service to the Medical Unit Head and Nursing Service Director. Providing administrative support to the department including medical officers, senior nursing staff, and research assistants. Overseeing the administrative workflows of the administrative assistants in the clinic and ward operations. Maintaining systems and processes to assist the streamlining and efficiency of timely processes and workload within the department. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record in conflict resolution. Ability to work independently, set priorities, and anticipate the needs of Executive Level Managers. High level of attention to detail and analytic skills, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and scheduling tools. Proven experience in a similar role, highlighting sound organisational skills and the ability to prioritise varying and conflicting workloads.
