PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)Located in the northern suburbs of Perth, our clients are a successful and industry-leading mining services/construction company.The company offers services to a wide and diverse range of clients from across Australia and employs over 400 staff.Due to growth and success, a vacancy has become available for a full-time executive assistant to support the managing director and executive management board.This vacancy is full-time and will be a key part of the company management team.To apply, you will need to be extremely organised and an experienced executive assistant or P.A.The vacancy:Be the first point of contact for the directors/senior management.Provide high-level executive assistance to the directors/senior management team.Manage emails, work schedule, and preparation of communications.Provide administrative support for staff as required.Facilitate and coordinate communications between the Directors, internal and external stakeholders including insurance companies, employees, service providers, and organisations.Proactively manage the Directors' busy schedule and diary, prioritising activities based upon importance and impact to the company and coordinating internal requests for time and information in order to manage interruptions.Draft, prepare, and format documents and correspondence.Management of memberships, accreditation, and compliance.Booking and management of travel schedules and accommodation across multiple time zones.Some simple event organisation and booking as required.Management of incoming report requests.Incoming call overflow and assistance as required.Other reasonable ad-hoc duties as required.The hours of work:Full-timeTo apply:Relevant experience in a previous position such as a P.A or E.A.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Able to work in a professional team.Good time management and planning/organisation skills.Strong I.T experience within Microsoft.Hold a professional attitude.In return:A salary of between $110,000 to $125,000 + Super pro rata.Full-time hours.Low staff turnover team.Modern offices.Close to public transport and car parking.Very successful group of companies with over 400 staff.At Select Staffing, we value and respect our candidates, so every application is treated confidentially at all times.
