About the Role Closing Date: 31st October, 2024  Competitive salary plus generous salary packaging options Dynamic work environment and collaborative team culture Access to wellness programs and fitness passport About the role The Executive Assistant to Chief of People Operations will be a valued member of the People Operations department and responsible for the provision of professional secretarial and administrative support essential to the effective functioning of the Executive directorate of Albury Wodonga Health.
We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity: Office administration qualifications (Certificate IV as a minimum) or 5 years secretarial and administrative experience Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications in particular Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Demonstrated minute taking and agenda preparation experience for high level governance meetings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Well-developed organisational and planning skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of business and employee affairs.
Knowledge of and experience in health industry would be advantageous however, not essential.
