Executive AssistantClient - Global IT LeaderLocation - North Sydney (Working from office)Our client is one of the largest technology companies in the world. They're seeking an energetic, highly collaborative Executive Assistant to join their fast-paced and fun team. This role brings the ability to get exposure across multiple business areas within and the room to grow in role within a global cutting-edge organisation that provides flexible working arrangements as well as exciting challenges.Key responsibilities:Calendar/schedule management for Senior Executives - VP/DirectorsUsing initiative and forward thinking when managing Executives' timeAccepting/declining meeting requests effectively and in a timely mannerScheduling 1:1 meetings, team meetings, customer, and partner meetings for the ExecutivesSetting up conferencing meetings using Webex and TelepresenceOperational support and internal communicationsManaging reports for key scorecard and KPI metricsCreate and own internal announcements - template creation, manage the communications calendarTravel arrangements: booking flights, accommodation, transport, itineraries, and visasLiaising with the travel department, making changes as requiredExpense claiming and purchase orders, processing expensesRaising purchase requisitions through internal toolsRecording actions/minutes at staff meetings, team meetings, etc.Creation and maintenance of org charts, email aliasesGeneralist administrative support and event managementPlanning, organisation, and logistics for internal and external meetingsRoom preparation and Webex recordingsBeing onsite to ensure meeting flow, actions are recorded, and managing any logistical issuesWorking with other EAs to assist in large meetingsEnsuring all participants have agenda, all meeting details and requirementsSending regular email updatesSkills and Experience:6+ years of experience in an administrative environmentA minimum of two years of experience supporting an executive - VP / Director level or aboveMust have experience in an IT domainAdvanced Microsoft skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Comfortable and effective working in an ever-changing, fast-paced environmentHighly effective multi-tasking skillsOutstanding communication skillsStrong prioritising capabilitiesProactive, can-do attitude and a team playerPartner extensively with stakeholders and the EA community across all business segmentsEnsure a positive brand of the Exec and Business is representedIf you have relevant skills and experience, apply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
