We are on the lookout for a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Executive Team.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior executives in a dynamic environment.

Job DescriptionManage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for multiple executivesCoordinate and prioritise incoming requests and messages, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actionsPrepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of senior executivesAct as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendorsAttend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute meeting minutes as neededConduct research and gather information to support decision-making processesAssist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessaryPlan and organise team events, such as all hands off-site meetings, retreats, and team-building activities, to promote collaboration and moraleCoordinate team-based reward and recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate the achievements and contributions of team membersMaintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling executive mattersAnticipate and proactively address potential issues or conflicts, demonstrating problem-solving skills and sound judgmentProvide support to other members of the administrative team as neededQualificationsExperience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executivesWe are flexible on industry exposure; however, coming from a fast-paced environment is highly desiredExcellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Confluence, and JiraExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skillsExcellent organisation and time-management skillsBackground in events is highly regardedA track record of excellence in high-performance settingsAdditional InformationWe're Flex First – We've embraced a hybrid, flexible working model that adapts to team members' needs and lifestyles.We offer extended Paid Parental Leave: we celebrate our growing Lendi Group family with up to 26 weeks leave for primary carers and up to 4 weeks for secondary carers.An additional week's Loyalty Leave each year after reaching 3 years' service.We are a people-first company that invests in initiatives to promote a healthy work environment, such as offering an Employee Assistance Program and social groups such as our industry-leading Women in Technology group.
