About the role Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure was established in 1994 by its co-founders, Mick Boyle and Robin Craig, driven by a dedicated mission to build better communities. From humble beginnings the company has grown and expanded to become one of the leading infrastructure contractors in Australia. Both Mick and Robin are entrepreneurs and have a diversified portfolio across construction, property and philanthropy amongst other ventures, and this role will support them across both business and personal endeavours. The position is based in our Sydney CBD office, with one day per week at the Abergeldie office in Regents Park. In this role, you will: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Mick, Robin, and other key members of the family office, including managing inboxes, calendars and travel (both domestic and international). Produce high-quality documents, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail. Ensure the office runs smoothly, handling a wide range of tasks from personal errands to ordering office supplies. Assist with bookkeeping and general financial administration tasks. Execute miscellaneous tasks and special projects as required, exhibiting adaptability and problem-solving skills. Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion in all dealings. What you'll bring to the team This role would suit an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, who is comfortable wearing multiple hats as well as: Advanced skills in MS Office and Adobe applications, enabling you to create polished documents and presentations. A background as an Executive Assistant, and experience in office management. A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs and develop solutions. Experience in bookkeeping or financial administration is a plus, but a willingness to learn is more important. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Flexibility to work from the Sydney CBD office and our Regents Parkoffice. Why Join Our Team?
