Your Company:
A prestigious investment banking firm is seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Assistant to support a team of senior and junior bankers. The company values efficiency, proactive support, and strong organisational skills to maintain seamless operations.
Your Role:
In this role, you will leverage your organisational skills and professional approach to provide top-tier administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
Offering full secretarial support to a range of senior bankers as well as junior bankers.
Providing extensive diary management and coordination.
Organising meetings and assisting with agendas.
Assisting bankers to track and follow through on client meetings and logging information into client relationship management systems.
Organising domestic and international travel arrangements, including cabs and visas for business trips.
Processing expense reimbursements for bankers' claims through Concur.
Liaising with other regions to arrange inter-office visits, including security access, desk allocation, PC login, and staff/client meetings.
Coordinating and maintaining the holiday schedule for the team to ensure no operational outages.

About You:
Minimum of 3 years experience as an C- Suite Executive Assistant.
Exceptional organisation, prioritisation, attentionto detail and time management skills.
Team player with the ability to work effectively with others and confidence in interacting with different team members.
Proactive, focused, hard worker with a willingness to go the extra mile.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client relationship management (CRM) systems.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and discretion.
Strong judgment, maturity, and professional demeanor.
