This is your chance to provide high-level administrative support to the Directors of the Leadership team, working alongside the Senior EA in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What your exciting days will look like: Manage day-to-day calendar and diary appointments, including room bookings and Zoom meetings.
Support the administration of offsite meetings, budget handling, and vendor communication.
Handle email, Slack, and written correspondence promptly and professionally.
Complete monthly expense reconciliation, report preparation, and purchase order creation.
Maintain organizational tools like Google Sheets, org charts, distribution lists, and Slack groups.
Liaise with international EA teams, understanding and coordinating across global time zones.
Track and report employee participation in events and company swag.
Provide administrative assistance across the broader business as required.
Support event planning for large meetings, off-sites, and team-building events.
What you'll bring to the team: Strong experience with Google Calendar, Outlook, and handling complex calendars.
Expertise in Google Sheets, with a background in reading and interpreting budget reports.
Knowledge of SAP Concur or similar expense management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise across global teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to attend occasional out-of-hours events when required.
