We're currently going through our next phase of transformation and seek a unique Executive and Administrative Assistant to add value as we evolve.
Contributing your expertise by providing efficient and effective support to senior executives, you will take pride in being agile, highly adaptive with an outcome-based approach to projects and business challenges.
Being proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, you will also be curious and possess an 'always learning' mindset to challenge yourself with a variety of projects to extend your career experience.
Your positive influence and collaborative approach will also greatly contribute to our valued team of executive assistants.
Core responsibilities.
Drive productivity through efficient management of calendars and meeting schedules for senior executives including the CEO, CFO and Head of HR.
Liaison on behalf of CEO for Clients and Global Senior executives visiting our offices.
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, cars, etc.)
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with co-ordinating leadership team meeting agendas and actions.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Plan and coordinate meetings, events, conferences and recognition events.
EA Project Management and delivery where required.
Manage expense reports and process invoices.
Identify critical processes to drive efficiencies.
Drive operational excellence and connect regularly with other EA's across the business.
Who you are.
You're a highly efficient, progressive Executive Assistant who enjoys the pace of change.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills means you can easily relate to others.
You have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
With a forward thinking attitude you will set the tone for other EA's and together deliver increased productivity across all initiatives.
Broad business and operations experience would be advantageous.
JLL supports flexible working in-line with our policy, however this role is required to be office based 5 days a week.
