YOUR ROLE As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will provide efficient and effective coordination, management and support for the Executive General Manager, Company Secretariat Office (CSO).
You will organise meetings, draft CSO team communications and manage the preparation, collation and distribution of reports, presentations, meeting agendas and papers where required.
Assisting the EGM CSO with coordination of CSO deliverables along with fostering strong relationships within CSO, across the broader IAG business and with external stakeholders are the foundations of success within this role.
You will exercise a high level of confidentiality and judgment while undertaking concurrent tasks with demonstrated excellent organisational, prioritisation, time and stakeholder engagement skills which are critical to this position.
You will be responsible for diary management, meeting logistics including catering and arranging travel and accommodation bookings in accordance with IAG protocols with preferred suppliers.
You will facilitate solutions to problems and be an enabler of the execution of CSO's workplan.

Located in Sydney this is a permanent opportunity. Applications close Friday 11 October 23.59 AEST. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you'll ideally meet the below criteria:

Minimum 5 years' experience in executive support roles Excellent administration, organisation and communication skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple systems and the data governance associated with each system, including across the Microsoft Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote.
Experience with Diligent Boards preferred. Experience in scheduling and coordinating deliverables, with a practical "outcomes" focus Collaborative and able to work as part of team to achieve deliverables A similar position in an ASX listed financial services, company secretariat or legal environment is preferred High level of computer literacy (essential) Organised professional with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple deliverables Strict adherence to confidentiality at all times ABOUT US IAG is the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
