In the role of Executive Assistant, you will be working closely with a successful Principal, in which responsibilities include:
Preparing listing presentations, sales proposals, and agency agreementsLiaising with buyers, vendors, and solicitors throughout the sales processArranging pre-settlement inspections, open homes, auctions, marketing appointments, building inspections, stylist, and buyer appointmentsCoordinate agent attendance for photography, floor plan, copywriting, virtual tours/ photo montages, and stylists for each propertyDiary, email, and appointment managementManage the exchange to settlement processOrganising pre-listing kits, listing presentations, appraisal documents and sales contractsDatabase management and updating client records The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Executive Assistant will have:
Previous real estate experience, ideally in a high-volume sales admin/marketing and/or Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role supporting an Agent/teamCurrent NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenceMust be highly organised with meticulous attention to detailImmaculate personal presentation is a mustValid driver's licence and reliable vehicleStrong administrative skills with great time managementAbility to work autonomously and is an excellent multi-taskerGreat customer focussed attitudeAbility to build rapport and have outstanding communication skillsApply in Strict Confidence
