Supportive team environment Dynamic and rewarding role Full time in office position About the Role An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual with experience in a high functioning Executive Administrative position to join our Executive team.
Norwest Private Hospital is seeking an Executive Assistant who will take initiative and anticipate key events, taking actions to enable the smooth running of the executive office. You will be highly competent in managing complex and frequently changing schedules, build strong relationships, be highly organised and manage sensitive information in a confidential manner.
You will be supporting a fast paced, high energy executive professional, with a broad portfolio consisting of internal and external stakeholders. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required onsite.

Located in the rapidly developing North West corridor in Sydney, Bella Vista and within the Western Sydney Local Health District including Blacktown, Mount Druitt and Blacktown public Hospitals. Norwest is operated by Healthscope, a leading provider of private healthcare in Australia.
The high acuity hospital has 277 acute medical, surgical and maternity beds, including a 19 bed ICU, 32 bed CCU, 19 theatres (Main theatres, Robotics Theatre, Cardiac/Vascular Hybrid and Cath Lab and Endoscopy theatres), Day Oncology and a 24/7 Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities Provide organisational and administrative support to the GM to enable them to execute the role efficiently, including diary management, liaising with internal, external and international personnel regarding complex diary and meeting management. Coordinate executive communications, including, taking calls, responding to emails, drafting correspondence, overseeing the creation of documents, minute taking and distribution of minutes, various reports and presentations. Maintaining an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents. Contribute to a team environment, working collaboratively in sharing and generating ideas, empowered to achieve outcomes. Support the credentialing officer with doctor accreditation as required. Experience in an Executive Assistant role (preferred but not essential). Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. High level attention to detail, including in written materials. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced skills and demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & KRONOS System. High level of confidentiality. Ability to work autonomously and within a team. Ability to follow instructions and take directions. Previous administrative experience in a hospital/health care environment is desirable. Why Healthscope?
