The Role
This role supports an energetic, creative, and tech-forward Managing Director who is looking for an Executive Assistant with a knack for prioritising and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
No two days will be the same as you manage the MD's schedule, keep them accountable, and ensure they stay on top of priorities. You'll act as a key communication hub across teams and clients, attend meetings, and help energise the office.
The Responsibilities High-level diary and email management on behalf of the Managing Director. Preparing materials and reporting for team and client meetings. Travel management. Internal and external event planning. Administrative and ad hoc project support. Office management and people & culture initiatives. Assist with onboarding new team members and ensuring they have what they need to succeed. Taking the MD's creative ideas and putting them into action! Project work based on policies, procedures, training guides and more! The Benefits $90,000 - $110,000 + Super. WFH flex 1 day a week. Modern, fun office space in the CBD. Regular social events and team bonding activities. Be a true partner to an inspiring, passionate MD, becoming their second brain. About You 3+ years in an Executive Assistant role supporting in a 121 capacity. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Confident, assertive, and skilled at keeping teams on track. A culture champion who brings people together and fosters team spirit. Proficiency in CRM tools like ClickUp and Xero is a plus. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems. Adaptable in a fast-moving environment with strong multitasking abilities. High levels of professionalism and confidentiality. This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities - you'll be driving strategic initiatives, managing projects, and making a visible impact in real time.
