Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting high-level leadership? We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide critical administrative support to our Directors leading the Climate Change, Flood Risk, and Coast Branch.
As their Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the office by managing confidential and high-level administrative tasks. You will assist in the preparation of documents, including correspondence, reports, and briefing notes, and will play an integral role in maintaining efficient records management processes.
In addition to supporting the Directors, you will contribute to the broader team by helping streamline administrative processes and business operations across the division.
