Executive Assistant Job Description
Provide high-level administrative support to our executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, ability to multitask, and keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
• Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate parties as needed.
• Meeting Coordination:
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
• Attend meetings to take minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up on deliverables.
• Travel Arrangements:
• Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
• Handle expense reports and reconcile travel expenses.
• Project Management:
• Assist in managing special projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
