We are looking for an outcome driven, strategic, proactive planner, who looks ahead and is highly organised to be Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director, Climate, Environment and Engagement based in Perth.
While we'll need you to tackle the traditional EA tasks such as diary and inbox management, travel, expense management, meeting coordination and minute taking, you will have the opportunity to work on Aurecon's key initiatives and programs, manage and coordinate events, bring creativity and unconventional thinking to your work and showcase your ability to juggle changing and conflicting priorities.
You will actively seek out learning opportunities, be effective and mature in communicating, be a natural networker and someone who truly enjoys supporting others achieve their goals.
What will you do to 'bring ideas to life'? Effectively manage stakeholders' expectations by using your own influencing style for productive outcomes.Be highly detail focused as you will be a central coordination point 'source of truth' for many of the leadership team's activities.Be curious, eager to learn and be challenged, and use all Aurecon's resources, particularly financial and reporting systems.Bring your strategic approach and skills and experience that you have developed in your career to date.Identify the ways in which you can use your expertise as an Executive Assistant and as an individual to contribute to our vision and make your special mark on our team.Build trust and confidence amongst stakeholders by being discreet, reliable and a trusted source of information and always deliver.What are we looking for from you? You'll have passion for re-imagining challenges and continuous learning to shape the future.
Ideally you will bring diverse experiences and demonstrate how you work collaboratively to bring ideas to life.
As well as have experience supporting Senior Leaders and the confidence to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across different geographies.
While you may not have held an EA role, your transferable skills from consulting, engineering, or corporate environments will set you apart.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
With strong communication skills, the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality, and a proactive approach, you will support the leadership team and contribute to Aurecon's vision with excellence.
