Executive Assistant

Details of the offer

This is more than just an EA role; it's an opportunity to be the linchpin of a national ASX-listed company's executive team. If you're looking for a role where your skills, personality, and drive to deliver results will be truly valued, this is it. You'll be supporting executives who appreciate initiative, efficiency, and someone who's always one step ahead.
Our client is fast-paced, and appreciates someone who can deliver on their word. While he understands that you're busy, he values follow-through—when you commit to a deadline, he expects it to be met (or be told when it won't). The MD is tech-forward, so comfort with digital tools and a knack for streamlining processes are essential.
Here is a bit more about your day to day:
Calendar Management & Prioritisation: Master the MD's complex schedule, proactively resolving conflicts and keeping everything running like clockwork.Board & Stakeholder Liaison: Be the key contact for board members, shareholders, and executives, handling ASX announcements, board packs, AGMs, and critical communications with precision.Committee Support: Assist the various internal committees however they need support.Team & Office Oversight: Oversee an administration assistant, manage executive strategy sessions, and keep the office operations seamless. You'll bring positive energy and a people-centric approach to your interactions.Investor Relations: Organise investor meetings, roadshows, and events while maintaining communication with stockbrokers and analysts. What's in it for you?
Our client offers a workplace where collaboration, positive energy, and ownership are the name of the game. Your ideas? They're all ears. Your hustle? It's celebrated.
What You Bring: Extensive EA experience (at least 5 years) supporting C-suite executives with some exposure to ASX environments.Proven tenure in previous roles—our client values loyalty and commitment.Exceptional communication skills—whether it's crafting an email or liaising with high-profile stakeholders, you deliver with clarity and impact.Vibrant, people-oriented attitude—you bring good energy to the team, fostering collaboration.Tech-savvy and proactive: Comfortable with digital tools, you streamline processes and find efficiencies.Strong organisational skills: You anticipate needs, juggle multiple priorities, and keep everything running smoothly.Next Steps (Read Carefully)
Before you hit "Apply," take a moment to review these requirements. We need your resume, but also a cover letter addressed to me, Lauren van de Ven, explaining why you're the best fit for this role. Let your personality and professional strengths shine—after all, having the right skills is only part of making this partnership a success.
(Applications without a cover letter will not be considered.)
