We have an exciting part time opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to work with our CEO and Board at Identitywa's Northbridge base. This is a key role to support the CEO and Board in the governance and operation of the organisation. 
The role is well suited to a person with governance experience, who can work in a team as well as autonomously with a high level of maturity, integrity and confidentiality. The person we are seeking has excellent technical skills, an ability to build strong relationships and a 'can do attitude'.
We can offer you: Beautiful workspace at our central Head Office in NorthbridgeCompetitive salary with option to salary packageEmployee Assistance program Staff recognition program Friendly working environmentWhat you'll do: Provide support to the Office of the CEO in the effective governance and operations of Identitywa.Provide timely, effective executive support to the Board including minute taking, agenda and report preparation  Assist the CEO in organisational regular communication, maintaining sector contacts, family and stakeholder liaison, letter writing and producing publications Liaise with the Team Leader Administration to organise meetings, workshops, seminars and board functions including arranging lists of participants, travel arrangements and, catering where appropriateRepresent Identitywa and the CEO to the community, with participants, families, stakeholders, Board of Management, staff and other organisations on the phone, in written communication and in person, in such a way as to positively project the ethos and values of the organisationProvide support the Executive Management Team with diary management by prioritising and organising meetings with internal and external stakeholdersOther administrative duties as directed by CEO or board at IdentitywaWhat you'll bring to the team: Minimum of 5 years experience in executive and board supportStrong organisational skills including ability to determine priorities, multi-task and effectively meet deadlinesExcellent skills in computer literacy, with substantial experience with Microsoft suite of applications including presentation software, front page and emailWell developed interpersonal and communication skills, including exceptional written communication Demonstrated capacity to work with minimal supervisionHigh level of maturity, integrity and strong focus on confidentialityPromote the Catholic ethos of the organisation and always comply with the policy and procedures as well as the Code of Conduct of IdentitywaComply with the NDIS practice standards under the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding FrameworkHow to apply: Please apply through our website or through seek with your Resume and Cover Letter.
