About the role: This role is pivotal in supporting the Managing Director (MD) and directors of a fast-growing company known for its dynamic, entrepreneurial culture.
As an Executive Assistant, you'll handle diary management, meeting coordination, and oversee high-level administrative tasks.
You'll also contribute to internal communications, HR processes, and the planning of key events, including gala functions and leadership dinners.

Your responsibilities will include: Manage the MD's diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate agendas.Provide high-level administrative support to directors as needed.Prepare induction packs and oversee HR-related documentation.Support internal communications and team onboarding.Organise key events such as galas, leadership dinners, and staff functions.Coordinate with event planners and ensure seamless execution.Oversee correspondence and maintain efficient workflows.Provide general office support and assistance.Act as a point of contact for directors and other departments.Facilitate cross-team communication and coordination. Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant minimum 4 years experienceBackground in HR coordination or event management is advantageous.Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.Familiarity with HR systems or tech stacks is a plus.Proactive, self-managed, and able to anticipate needs.Values-driven and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
