It contributes to JCTS operations, supporting leadership, fostering teamwork, and managing sensitive issues and time-critical tasks, especially during Board reporting cycles and overlapping workloads.
As our Executive Assistant, you'll also: provide diary management support to the General Manager, ensuring timely documentation for meetings and appointments.
coordinate meetings, manage workflows, and ensure professional handling of correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters confidentially.
assist in preparing Board and committee papers, minutes, reports, and other documents, while supporting travel arrangements and expense processing.
maintain filing systems, support regional administrative needs, and ensure effective communication flow to stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Previous executive assistant experience supporting C-level management and managing Board, sub-committees, and working groups.
Strong planning, organisational, and multitasking skills with a commitment to customer service and meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience in preparing reports, minutes, and submissions.
Advanced MS Office skills, excellent attention to detail, discretion, and strong stakeholder engagement at all levels.

JCTS facilitates shared GP training activities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health initiatives, cultural education, mentorship, and registrar housing in remote communities.
