The Opportunity: We have a NEW opportunity for an experienced, professional, enthusiastic and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to join EBOS Group and hit the ground running.
Based at our head office in the Docklands, you will provide administration and coordination support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Executive General Manager (EGM) Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) as well as other EBOS executives to ensure they are prepared for all meetings, travel and expense management.
As such your responsiveness and willingness to help others as well as ability to support multiple executives in a collaborative way within a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success.
What you will do: Diary and email management, coordinating all papers, briefing notes, agendas and communications;Arrange domestic and international travel including preparation of itineraries and agenda;Assist in the development of presentations for internal and external audiences;Assist with team communication emails and meetings including room bookings, catering, materials and agenda;Coordinate procurement and expense management;Support Office & Event Management (invoices, liaison with building management, concierge etc.);Onboarding and offboarding activities;Ensure supplies for kitchen/stationery are ordered and distributed;Liaise and manage the car park along with issuing car parking passes.What we are looking for: Experience working within a similar Executive Assistant role supporting multiple executives;Intermediate to advanced using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint;High level of planning, prioritisation and organisation skills;Ability to conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports, documents, meeting agendas and presentations;Experience hosting and coordinating virtual meetings;Strong written and verbal communication skills.Benefits: This is a unique opportunity to work in a company where you are valued, given the recognition you deserve and suitably rewarded for your hard work.
