The NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission is dedicated to ensuring people with disability have safe quality services so they can lead normal lives.We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Regulatory Operations Division, the largest Division in the organisation.This Melbourne based role is crucial to the smooth running of this fast-paced and complex environment and requires close collaboration with the Deputy Commissioner, Executive Officer, and internal stakeholders.Our ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in a similar role or directly transferable skills. You must be organised, have great attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure.You will have strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to navigate relationships at various levels, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
