This role will work closely with the Managing Director to effectively and efficiently provide consistent streamlined and effective business, administrative and personal systems and processes that align with business direction.
This position would ideally suit an experienced, skilled candidate who is seeking fulfilment in a position that is intrinsically rewarding, secure, flexible and offers professional development opportunities.
Our vibrant team is located in Subiaco. Days and hours are flexible, with opportunities for part-time, family-friendly or job share open to the right candidate(s).
Responsibilities: OperationalManage EA functions from the MD.Refine administration and operational systems across the organisation.Stakeholder ManagementSupport the Customer Engagement Managers to work effectively for the community we serve.Compliance with RegulationsUndertake administrative functions as detailed by the Organisation's management systems, policies and procedures.Organisational Relationships: Works closely with the MD.Liaises as part of a broader staff team.Supports management of B2B and B2C relationships.Key Tasks: Support the MD to manage varied responsibilities.Prepare MD for all meetings.Liaise with external clients and company personnel on behalf of the MD.Arrange occasional functions, trade displays and travel arrangements.Manage our database, social media and website, including liaison with our consulting tech team.Assist with some bookkeeping functions, as directed by our CFO and bookkeeper.Attend to matters as appropriate or refer them to the correct person within the company in the absence of the Director.Extent of Authority: The Personal Assistant has authority to make decisions subject only to delegations granted by the MD.
Key Performance Criteria: Work in a co-operative manner with all contacts - internal and external.Be aware of the needs of confidentiality in all aspects of the role.Enhance the operational processes of our operations.Selection Criteria: Exceptional organizational skills.Experience and comfort in working as an integral part of a small nimble dynamic team.Tech savvy, with advanced computer literacy in social media, website management, Microsoft Office Suite.Minimum 3 years experience in an EA or similar role.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence people and situations.Demonstrated resilience and 'Can Do' attitude.Strong attention to detail.Must be capable of working unsupervised and be self-motivated.Strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
