Opportunity to provide proactive high-level executive support for two members of NWMPHN's Executive TeamFull time (1.0 FTE), Maximum term role until 30 June 2025Remuneration starting at approx.
$70K p.a + superannuation + salary packagingGenerous NFP salary packaging options up to $18,550Docklands office location with option to work some days at homeThe Executive Assistant is responsible for providing proactive high-level executive support function for two members of NWMPHN's Executive Team and managing the Executive Directors' correspondence (phone calls, email inbox, etc.)
- responding to, or fielding queries wherever possible.
The Executive Assistant will take a project management approach to the work that they do and will play a critical role in enabling the completion of key streams of work for the Executive Directors by the required deadlines.
About Us We are North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN), Victoria's largest independent, locally governed and run, not-for-profit PHN, dedicated to improving primary health care in our community.
A typical week may include: Provide high-level administrative support to the Directors to enable effective and efficient decision making and strategic leadership of the organisationManage complex calendar and scheduling requirements, cognisant of relevant priorities and deadlinesCoordinate numerous regular strategic meetings and events, collating papers, taking minutes and following up on actionsTaking minutes of confidential meetings and timely follow up on action itemsDrafting correspondence from each Executive and source information as requestedWe are looking for someone who has: Relevant business qualification to degree level and/or equivalent experienceProven successful track record (3 - 5 years) assisting at Senior Executive levelAdvanced Microsoft Office skills including understanding of SharePoint and benefits of its useSound understanding and previous experience in supporting corporate governance in order to effectively support each Executive DirectorMaintaining excellent standards of service in a high-pressure work environment requiring confidentiality, tact, judgement and discretionWell-developed verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisational skillsHigh level project management skills and abilityProven ability to work independently, prioritise work and demonstrate initiative and a business improvement mindsetProven ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential and or sensitive mattersProven ability to maintain accurate records and up to date filing systemsWhat's in it for you?
