An exciting and unique opportunity exists for a talented and passionate individual to join the Office of the Executive Director in the First Peoples-State Relations Group as Executive Assistant at the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

As Executive Assistant , you will be responsible for providing confidential secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executives including extensive diary, email inbox and meeting management, stakeholder liaison and travel management.
You will also assess and prioritise incoming papers, emails and telephone enquiries and take follow up action by replying to and processing correspondence ensuring department requirements are met.
About You As our ideal candidate, you will have:
Demonstrated experience to perform high quality support activities to senior executives, including proof-reading and processing briefs, correspondence and products for senior executives and the Minister. Strong organisational and time management skills with sound experience planning, prioritising and managing the execution of a range of competing tasks. Excellent communication skills, including ability to handle difficult and sensitive communications well. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Understanding of processes, policies and procedures within government and public sector accountability, with proficiency in Outlook, HP Content Manager, FinCloud, Adobe and Microsoft packages.
