The Role: The EA is supporting the Chief People Officer and Senior Leadership team. The role is often dealing with highly confidential and time sensitive matters and the incumbent will be adept at re-prioritising tasks. The incumbent will be experienced with working in a fast paced and discretionary environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide confidential administrative support to the CPO and wider leadership team Proactive diary management, liaises with all internal and external stakeholders to arrange meetings Provide high-level support to boards and committees including preparing and distributing agendas, noting actions and other papers to a high standard Event coordination for a range of esteemed stakeholders Skills and Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Officer or Executive Assistant in Higher Education, Government Department, or similarly structured organisation. High level of computer literacy and advanced user knowledge of Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to develop technical proficiency with relevant university systems Flexible attitude and capacity to work quickly to problem solve and manage priorities in a high demand environment Proven ability to act with discretion and sensitivity and maintain confidentiality Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and experience communicating and working with a range of stakeholders A police check and a Working with Children Check are required for this position
