About the opportunity As an Executive Assistant, you will provide a wide range of office administration and business support in a highly professional manner supporting three General Managers in the Finance team.
You will have a strong ability to adapt to changing business requirements, demonstrate commercial acumen, and the ability to communicate and build strong relationships at various levels of the organisation.
You'll also Assist with project management, reporting, diary and travel management, document and correspondence management, meetings and event management, and the general day to day support of the GMsManage the administrative functions for the GMs including diary management, meeting/ conference logistics etcBuilding and establishing proactive relationships and networks with people across different locations, levels, and departments including GM EAsTake initiative to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, focusing on service, efficiency, and team improvementSupport the GMs in the preparation of conference presentations, EC and Board reports, and papers (including formatting to requirements and distribution in required timeframes)Establish and maintain team information (including financial), documentation, and filing systems as requiredEffectively manage and prioritise competing requirements to ensure stakeholder expectations are consistently met or exceeded whilst always operating collaboratively and cooperativelyProvide advice and support the implementation and administration of office policies and proceduresDeal professionally and discretely with confidential and sensitive information/ matters About you Extensive knowledge and experience in providing a full range of administration support functions to senior executivesExperience working to tight deadlines and seeing tasks through to completion with minimal supervisionAbility to apply professional judgement as an Executive Assistant and maintain confidentiality with discretionAdvanced organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities, planning and supporting events such as department meetings and conferencesExperience working in a demanding environment with a high attention to detail How we'll deliver for you Join one of the most culturally and linguistically diverse workforces in Australia, where we're all ages, genders and come from all walks of lifeWe deliver on our values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment and Safety every day.
