Executive Assistant – Divisional Director Community Hospital @ Home  ABOUT THE ROLE: Werribee Mercy Hospital is a public hospital providing comprehensive care to the growing community of the West. The role of the Divisional Director is to oversee and be accountable for the day-to-day management of the Community Hospital @ Home division. In addition to leading the supportive and dedicated team, key performance measures also include clinical outcomes, customer experience and financial performance for the division.
The Executive Assistant to the Divisional Director Community Hospital @ Home is a pivotal role in supporting the Divisional Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing a full range of confidential administrative and support including:
The coordination and scheduling of calendar management, as well as the management of content and the flow of information to senior executives.A critical point of contact for key stakeholders including executives, employees and external partners.Interact with other EAs to partner on organisational projects and communication strategies.Organise, execute and assist with meeting preparation including agendas, meeting papers & minute takingTrack and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up outstanding itemsEmail management and communicating on behalf of the Divisional Director as requiredDrafting and preparation of written correspondenceABOUT YOU: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal AssistantDemonstrated experience working with senior executives and working in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholdersCan maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with business.Outstanding administration, time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and a can-do positive attitudeHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learning new software systems.Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and directionExcellent interpersonal and communication skills on all levels, including written and verbalExperience in a health care setting is desirableABOUT US:  Werribee Mercy Hospital is a General Public Hospital located in the rapidly growing Western suburbs of Melbourne. Our services include surgical, medical, maternity, newborn, paediatrics, renal dialysis, emergency, mental health, rehabilitation, aged and palliative care. The hospital has recently undergone significant expansion with the opening or our new intensive care unit, additional operating theatres and the opening of two new wards, taking the total number of beds to 298.
