As the  Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator you will support a small and experienced, engaged and dedicated team and play a pivotal part in the planning and implementing of wellbeing activities for the residents of St Vincent's Care, Eltham.
Duties include:
Planning and coordinating events, bus outings and group activities Coordinating the provision of recreational and social programs that enhance the well-being of our residentsAssisting each resident individually in accordance with their lifestyle care plan document and ensuring information is recorded accuratelyDemonstrating an understanding of the cognitive, social and spiritual needs of our residents and their familiesAssisting with meaningful and enriching activities that provide choice to each resident St Vincent's Care Services Eltham is just 20 kilometres north-east of Melbourne's city centre and is well known for its vast amount of green space. We provide a welcoming and inclusive community where our residents enjoy the comfort of a relaxed lifestyle.
