Right now, we're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who will support the progress of clients and colleagues to achieve great things. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and make a tangible impact on the division's performance and community outcomes.
About the RoleAs the Executive Assistant to the Executive General Manager in the Community Division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across a dynamic and complex environment. You'll manage sensitive and high-priority tasks, provide confidential executive support, and support key senior internal and external stakeholder relationships.
About the TeamYou'll be part of a collaborative, hardworking, and high-performing team within the Community Division. Your manager fosters autonomy, good communication skills, and values initiative while providing guidance when needed. You'll also work alongside other Executive Assistants, ensuring a consistent and seamless approach to divisional and organisational processes.
What We're Looking For Executive Support ExpertiseWe're seeking someone with demonstrated experience in providing high-level executive support, including managing events, projects, and stakeholder relationships, in addition to high-quality administrative skills.
Strong Organisational SkillsYour ability to prioritise, identify and manage competing demands, and maintain a calm, methodical approach in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success.
Strong Communication SkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and facilitating seamless information flow and escalation as necessary.
