Working at CQUniversity CQUniversity's Office of Indigenous Engagement is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Deputy Vice-President and the Director of Indigenous Engagement.
In this dynamic role, you will serve as a key liaison between the office and its stakeholders, managing relationships with professionalism and initiative. Your expertise in developing and streamlining administrative systems will ensure seamless office operations, including the preparation of critical documents and reports. Staying well-versed in University policies and procedures, you will deliver accurate advice and support, contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.
