Who are we looking for?You will be highly professional and dedicated to finding new ways to add value.
SUPER approachable and team orientated.
An individual with proven Executive Assistant experience at C-suite level.
You will have superior time management, problem solving and organisation skills.
What a typical day will entail: Proactively managing the CEO's diary, appointments and travel commitments;Coordinate meetings, conferences and events as required;Draft and produce correspondence, reports and presentations;Minute taking;Screening the flow of telephone calls, emails and other incoming correspondence and prioritise these for action;Liaise with and support the board of directors.Does this role sound just like the new challenge you need?
