PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support) Full time AboutOur client is one of Queensland's premier not-for-profit healthcare services. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a senior executive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.This role represents more than just a job – it requires true passion, commitment for excellence and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional outcomes! Success requires high levels of motivation, drive to go above and beyond, and demonstrated ability to support the Executive to deliver real change and continued growth.
The RoleNo two days will be the same, however some of the following "day in the life" tasks may include, but will not be limited to:
Delivering exceptional levels of 1:1 professional support;Manage the comprehensive organisation of project activities, including overseeing courier services, project resources, and meticulous filing and archiving of project records;Extensive diary management including scheduling appointments, Board and management meetings and other events as required;Overseeing internal administrative and office support teams;Arranging all travel, accommodation, car hire and associated tasks;Pre-empting, prioritising and responding to all communication (email, phone calls, other) as required;Providing other ad hoc day to day and project support to the Executive Team as requested.About You Extensive high level EA/PA experience.Ideally, prior experience within a corporate environment.A degree in PR/Communications/Marketing (highly desirable).A motivated self-starter that can operate independently with demonstrated experience supporting Executives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Expertise in prioritising, multi-tasking, meeting tight deadlines, adapting to last-minute changes and remaining calm under pressure.Ability to communicate effectively always and deliver a positive 'no'.Someone who is both humble and has a sense of humour.High levels of trust, discretion, integrity, and judgement.Outstanding planning and organisational skills.Outcomes oriented and results driven.Great communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to be clear, concise, and succinct.A great problem solver.Next StepsIf this opportunity excites you, please apply now.
