An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work within a high performing team in New Farm! This role offers a unique experience where no two days are the same, providing a fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment.
We're looking for a proactive team player who is eager to go above and beyond for our clients, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, forward thinking, and possess strong management skills to support our team effectively.
Role and Responsibilities:Provide administrative support throughout the listing to settlement process for residential properties and development projects.Conduct buyer research, handle enquiries, and maintain the database.Track campaigns, manage schedules, and oversee settlement processes.Produce weekly feedback reports and monitor relevant market trends.Preparation and compilation of Proposals, including Agent specific Listing Presentations, Marketing Campaigns, Case Studies and Listing Documents.Support prospecting activities on prestige properties.Skills and Experience:2-3 years experience preferred in a high-functioning Real Estate EA or Administrative Role.Solution-focused with the ability to work independently and effectively.Exceptional organisational and time management skills.Strong communication abilities.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Proficient in database management and the Microsoft Office suite.Holds a current QLD Registration Certificate or willingness to get one.Why Place?At Place, we work hard but we also recognise the importance of a fun work culture.
