The role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will contribute to the efficient operations of this organisation with a focus on the Executive Team and reporting directly to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will manage all administrative aspects of the CEO office in addition to driving the optimisation of organisation-wide meeting and knowledge-sharing processes, the timely flow of information and an effective integration between Board and Management.
Key duties include: Manage the daily schedule of the CEO, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Act as a trusted adviser and liaison between the CEO and Executive team, and internal/external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources. The person: Proven strategic thinker. Strong client service ethic. Thrives in a busy role where you can roll up your sleeves and take on anything that comes your way. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent time management skills with the capability of managing multiple tasks and projects. Displays professionalism and discretion coupled with a positive, energetic attitude. Experience with board papers and minutes is a definite advantage.
