Seeking a capable, pro-active Executive Assistant who will deliver high-level executive support and project support services to the CEO, and the Executive Leadership Team.  Be part of a close-knit team that engages, inspires and challenges inequality.   Pivotal role in an organisation that has both national and international reach.   CBD location – Hybrid role About the organisation:

This organisation is a leading sporting peak body and comprises of 23 member organisations.   

The role:

As the Executive Assistant, you will contribute to the efficient operations of this organisation with a focus on the Executive Team and reporting directly to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will manage all administrative aspects of the CEO office in addition to driving the optimisation of organisation-wide meeting and knowledge-sharing processes, the timely flow of information and an effective integration between Board and Management. 

Key duties include: Manage the daily schedule of the CEO, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.  Manage the daily schedule of the CEO, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.  Handle incoming communications (phone calls, emails).  Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.  Act as a trusted adviser and liaison between the CEO and Executive team, and internal/external stakeholders.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.  Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources.  The person: Proven strategic thinker. Strong client service ethic.
