Full time continuing opportunity Deliver top-tier executive support to the Vice-President (External Engagement) Base Salary $108,557 – $118,267 + 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Executive Assistant provides professional executive support to the Vice-President (External Engagement), understanding the broader strategic goals of the University. They ensure that the VPEE's office functions seamlessly and represents the office in interactions. Your key responsibilities will be to:
Deliver top-tier executive support, elevating operational and administrative frameworks.
Coordinate the executive's calendar, appointments, and communications, ensuring optimal time management.
Navigate enquiries and communications, managing high-level internal and external stakeholder interactions with discretion.
Apply tact and mature judgment when dealing with controversial or confidential matters in a variety of situations.
Prepare concise and complete correspondence; and maintain confidential data and information.
Strategise and oversee the VPEE's travel and engagements, ensuring smooth coordination.
Manage purchasing, payment, and invoice management for the work area.
About you Executive level experience in a similar role within a large and complex organisation.
Experience managing a busy diary and providing travel organisation.
Experience managing purchasing, invoicing and corporate card reconciliations.
Demonstrated experience in building effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling a wide range of enquiries.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement.
