Our client is currently seeking two (2) experienced Executive Assistants to join their busy team for a casual 12-months temporary assignment with the potential for extension.
About the Role: As an Executive Assistant, you will be accountable under general direction to undertake moderately complex activities and tasks within established procedures and guidance.
It will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, your key duties are as follows: Complete operational and/or administrative tasks of moderate complexity or difficulty.
Diary and email management, respond to changing priorities and timeframes.
Prepare replies to correspondence, brief material and handle confidential papers.
Schedule meetings and prepare documentation for committees and projects.
Coordinate official meetings, travel arrangements and official functions on behalf of the branch, Regional Manager, and other Agency staff.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for the division including ordering assets and organising access to facilities.
Assist in the development and administrative management of new systems, processes and practical tools including training.
About You: To be successful in this role, you must have: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role Basic computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage various internal and external stakeholders Ability to handle tasks with competing deadlines and priorities.
