Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre - Office of the Chief Executive Officer Salary $76,561 - $80,256 p.a. (pro rata) ASO4 | Full Time, 12 month contract with the opportunity for ongoing SALHN is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our Medical Services Team!
About the role:
As the Executive Assistant you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Director. Your duties may include:
Coordinating the flow of relevant correspondence, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining records in the official record management system. Effectively screening telephone calls and resolving routine enquiries or identifying where complex issues need to be referred. Efficiently coordinating and maintaining the executive's calendar, ensuring optimal use of their time and effective scheduling of meetings and appointments. Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. About you:
Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Ability to work with a high degree of independence, determine priorities, and understand the requirements of an Executive Team. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of products to produce a range of high-quality documents.
