The Role: Provide efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to the Director – Emergency Department. Prepare complex documents including Ministerial correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes to ensure smooth administrative operations. Maintain an efficient electronic and physical records management system in line with Agency policies and legislative requirements. Ensure quality standards in the provision of executive and administrative support are maintained. Assist with and coordinate financial and physical resources associated with the functions of the Director - Emergency Department. Details of appointment: Permanent, part-time, day worker, working 68 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date.

Salary: $71,661 to $77,455 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022. You'll have access to a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year.
