Practice Information:This Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service (ACCHS) provides primary health care and related health services to local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) communities.
Position Description:The EACS will ensure the development of all Clinical Plans such as Holistic Health Services Framework, Research Framework, and Clinical and Program Reporting and Submissions.
The Plans, Reports, and Submissions must align with the company's Strategic Plan and be developed and implemented to achieve the goals and objectives efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities include:
Consulting with relevant staff on clinical/program mattersManaging contractual agreements, strategic plans, and legislationMonitoring and reviewing service informationCommunicating effectively with external key stakeholdersManaging time effectivelyLeading the organisation's research agendaEnsuring clinical governance and program meetings occurQualifications & Experience: Tertiary Education (Nursing Degree or Masters in Health Services Management)Current Open Queensland Driver's LicenseAPHRA Registration or similar professional membershipsWorking with Children Suitability Notice (Blue Card) and/or Police CheckThe position also requires: Advanced Project Management abilityAdvanced Senior Leadership skillsAdvanced knowledge of Clinical & Reporting SoftwareAdvanced analytical and interpretation skillsAbility to motivate teams to achieve KPIsUnderstanding of culturally sensitive primary health careUnderstanding of the Organisation's Strategic PlanState and National TravelAll Employees: Undertake further education and trainingParticipate in internal forumsApply relevant organisation's systems and processesAdhere to company policies and proceduresSalary Information:$115,000 plus super per annum.
