What role will you play?As an Executive Assistant you will support a group of executives in Macquarie Capital's Central division. You will liaise with key senior stakeholders and other executive assistants to arrange meetings and assist in determining priority of matters of attention for the team while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
What you offer3-5 years' experience as an Executive AssistantAbility to adopt a proactive approach, to fully understand the nature of the business and priorities within the team, while maintaining a high level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail.Strong organisational, planning and multi-tasking abilities will also underpin your success, ensuring you are able to effectively manage conflicting priorities.Experience managing diaries across multiple time zones, arranging travel, organising meetings and events.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to seamlessly interact with the Global executive assistants' team, stakeholders, and senior executives within a fast-paced environment.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
