The Rural Clinical School of Western Australia (RCSWA) within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences offers WA medical students an immersive rural health experience.
RCSWA collaborates with all three WA medical schools, providing rural placements across 15 WA sites, fostering the future of rural healthcare.
This position is based in Bunbury, at the RCSWA office, co-located with Edith Cowan University.
About the opportunity
Provide executive and administrative support to the Head of Division (Rural Clinical School) and lead the implementation of office systems and procedures.
Facilitate sensitive and effective liaison with staff, external stakeholders, and organisations.
Engage in special projects and coordinate executive office functions for the Head of Division.
About you
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in high-level administrative roles.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in computing, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to handle sensitive issues.
Independent, proactive, and collaborative team player, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment.
