PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)

In this role, you will support two managers—one Head of Department and one Deputy Head—in the banking sector. You'll also provide assistance to the wider team as needed. Your responsibilities will include traditional EA tasks such as managing diaries and inboxes, handling expenses, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, organizing events, and providing ad-hoc support. Success in this role requires thriving in a fast-paced setting and being adaptable to support others as necessary. The Managers you'll be working with are warm, approachable, and flexible, contributing to a supportive and engaging workplace. Ideally, you will have experience working in the banking sector. Key Responsibilities:
Heavy diary & email management and the ability to proactively manage & efficiently organize two General Managers Expense claims and keeping track of financial metrics of the business Proactively assisting in the preparation of presentations, proposals, reports and agendas Coordinating events and meetings Attend team meetings and send out follow-up actions Organise Travel, Car, and accommodation to ensure a seamless journey Preparing board papers
Taking notes and following up on action points
Working across projects
Minuet taking in the board meetings
Collating documents and action points from the meeting and sending this to the relevant teams
Creating PowerPoint and format documents with little error
Formatting documents and creating templates
Supporting the team with any meeting coordination
Ad hoc support work as required by the team
Key Requirements:
Experience working as an EA supporting Senior Management, preferably in banking or within a large in professional services firm. Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to change
Can come up to speed with the terminology used
Excellent attention to detail
Strong team player, can work independently and in a team.
Easy going, positive and happy to assist with the ability to manage upwards and push back.
