Salary: $95,102 to $107,905 (Plus Superannuation)Ongoing roleUsual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available)Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne (flexibility may be available)The Role The Project Officer, Strategic Skills Projects works in a dedicated project team and supports project leads and team members to develop and implement innovative regulatory solutions that are comprehensive, practical, and effective. Your work will play a crucial role in supporting the project through the development of project documentation, coordination across contributing teams, monitoring progress, and managing risks to achieve desired outcomes.
You will provide high-level executive support, accounts functions, diary management, and coordination to the Executive and provide support with triaging workflow processes.
The Team The position of Project Officer forms a part of the Strategic Skills Projects (SSP) branch within the Skills and Employment group. SSP responds to key skills and employment priorities and election commitments delivering key strategic cross-cutting projects through agile project teams.
About You We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. You will be required to work independently as well as in a small team. You will have a keen eye for detail, strong administration skills, excellent organisational and communication skills, good management of administrative functions and processes, project management skills, and the demonstrated capacity to manage relationships within the branch and with stakeholders.
