Working closely in the boutique Executive office, you will engage with the Chief Operations Officer, their Foundation association, and key donor stakeholders on vital administration functions.Key Responsibilities:Attend in person and online meetings to take comprehensive minutes and manage action points, accurately capturing discussions and decisions made during meetings. As a proxy when required, you will represent the COO by following up on outstanding action items and ensuring accountability within the team.Support database management and maintenance, overseeing the integrity and accuracy of records related to donor engagement, invoicing, month-end reporting, and receipting. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of financial documents.Communicate effectively with donors and stakeholders through professional and engaging interactions, whether in person, via phone, or through email. You will build and maintain relationships by providing timely updates and relevant information, fostering collaboration and actively supporting the organisation's mission.Assist with event planning and coordination, working closely with team members to organise logistics, manage invitations, and ensure seamless execution of events.Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions, ensuring a professional and efficient environment.
