Must excel in scheduling, communication, and multitasking.Job DescriptionThe purpose of the Executive Administrator role is to assist the NSW Director of Valuation and Advisory and other senior members of the team in administrative and coordination support in a highly responsible, timely and confidential manner allowing them to win and deliver services to our local and global clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide financial/analytical support to the Head of Valuations.Typing, formatting and production of valuation reports to presentation standard.Preparation of fee proposals / submissions.Manage the ordering of online property searches / title/plan/dealing searches.Adeptly handle incoming communications and respond to internal requests for information on a timely basis.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Prepare and submit expense receipts in a timely manner for the Head of Valuation and Advisory.Foster and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Processing vendor invoices via JDEdwards & Converga.About You:The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Minimum of five years high level administrative C-Suite experience.
