Rio Tinto is expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety and environmental performance.About the Role:WorkPac is currently seeking an Execution Coordinator with our client Rio Tinto's Rail division. This role is being offered as Residential to the Dampier Region on a 5:2:4:3 roster. This role will be responsible for the coordination between execution, planning and scheduling to ensure the Execution Teams are set up for success and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to support teamwork.Key duties and responsibilities:Checking and ensuring all materials, permits and machinery requirements are available for execution teamsCompiling of execution packagesProviding high levels of support to Supervisors to assist in management of change during execution weeksWorking within a large team with multiple stakeholdersCoordination of worksRemaining point of call for work groups to feed relevant information for planned worksSkills and Experience required:Good administration background is highly desirableDemonstrated skills and abilities to deliver high work standardsPlanning/Scheduling/Coordination experience - highly regarded however not essentialSAP Knowledge - preferredAttention to detail with accurate spelling and data entry skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to prioritise and manage own workloadCommitment to health, safety and environment, promoting positive behaviour and a supportive safety cultureC Class Drivers LicenceHow to Apply:Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact WorkPac Principal Consultant: Sara Mason on (08) 9201 62*** or email ****** quoting the below reference number.
