As an Event Manager, you'll be responsible for: Securing and maintaining exam delivery venues that provide the required level of secure capacity and geographic coverage per regional and global expectations.Ensuring client satisfaction levels are achieved to a high standard and issues are recognised, documented, and resolved.Developing strong relationships with Pearson colleagues to maximise effectiveness of exam delivery solutions.Coordinating channel activity and exam delivery to ensure capacity demands are met; contributing to the strategy for new channel expansion.Providing input to channel strategy for long-term success of exam delivery.To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: At least 3 - 5 years of Event Manager experience.A Bachelor's degree is preferred.Good communication skills both written and verbal.Great problem-solving skills and discipline.Bonus leave day for learning and a volunteer day to give back to the community.
