As an Event Manager, you'll be responsible for: Securing and maintaining exam delivery venues that provide the required level of secure capacity and geographic coverage per regional and global expectations.Ensuring client satisfaction levels are achieved to a high standard and issues are recognized, documented, and resolved.Developing strong relationships with Pearson colleagues to maximize the effectiveness of exam delivery solutions.Coordinating channel activity and exam delivery to ensure capacity demands are met; this may include contributing to the strategy for new channel expansion.Providing input to channel strategy for the long-term success of exam delivery.To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: At least 3 - 5 years of Event Manager experience.A Bachelor's degree is preferred.Good communication skills both written and verbal.Great problem-solving skills and discipline.Additional Benefits: Bonus leave day to invest in your learning as well as a volunteer day to give back to the community.
